Hello, everyone. I'm Li Hua. I want to be a volunteer protecting animals. I'm glad to make a speech here.
I am good with animals. I am hard-working and caring. I am also kind to others. I organized raising money for Save the Endangered Animals. And I keep some homeless little animals. Animals are our friends. We should love them. We should try to protect them because protecting them is protecting ourselves.
If I can be a volunteer, I will work harder and do more meaningful things to protect animals. I will announce more people to love animals.
Do you know what to do if you get sand in your eye? What if someone accidently elbows（用肘击打） you in the eye during the game? Here are tips for dealing with some of the most common eye injuries（损伤）. Remember to act fast and get help from an adult.
If particles（颗粒物）, like sand or dust, get into your eyes, don't rub（揉）! Wash your eyes out with water.
If you get hit in the eye with a ball, rock, or elbow, gently put a cold compress（敷布） on your eye for 15 minutes. This should make the swelling（肿块） go down and relieve the pain. Have an adult take you to the doctor.
If a chemical（化学品） from a class experiment（实验）, cleaning fluid, or battery acid splashes in your eye, wash your eye out with water for at least 10 minutes. Have an adult take you to the doctor immediately（立即）.
If an object like a stick or pencil gets stuck in your eye, don't pull it out. This is very serious. Have an adult put a loose bandage on your eye. Don't put any pressure on the object. Have an adult take you to the doctor immediately.
March 5th, 2023 is the 60th Memorial Day of Lei Feng.
The Memorial Day（纪念日） of Lei Feng is March 5th every year. On March 5, 1963, Chairman Mao Zedong's inscription（题词） "Learn from Comrade Lei Feng" was published in the People's Daily for a heroic soldier Lei Feng who died on duty for a certain unit of the Shenyang Army. Since then, activities to learn from Lei Feng have been widely carried out across the country.
Lei Feng was a Chinese People's Liberation Army soldier. Although he was only 22 years old when he died in the line of duty, his life was a life of devoting a limited life to serving the people infinitely. His spirit of voluntary service also influenced all generations of people.
