Think of space! What comes to your mind? No. I'm not talking about planets or aliens. I'm talking about the space we live in!The world is full of different space. We can think about space in three different ways:public space, private (私人的) space and personal space.
PUBLIC SPACE
Public space is the social space for everyone to get together. It belongs to everyone. But wait! Before you camp in your local park or throw a party at a library, remember that there are rules. The rules are set down to keep the space clean and safe.
PRIVATE SPACE
The private space is for our own. We all need private space like homes, where we can relax and stay alone. We are not allowed to enter private space freely.
PERSONAL SPACE
This is the space where we sit and stand. Everyone has different feelings about their personal space. People may fel uncomfortable or even get annoyed when someone they don't know gets to close.
We should respect (尊重)all kinds of space. We should respect public space. We can't leave a mess (乱七八糟) or take away anything that doesn't belong to us. It's important to leave no trace (规连)
We should respect private space by asking for permission(允许) before entering. And we should respect personal space by finding out how much space a friend or classmate needs to feel comfortable.
Respecting all space helps make us be better people. It also helps keep our community safe and fun.
Do you ever find yourself standing in front of rubbish bins, not sure whether the piece of waste in your hand is recyclable or not?To solve this problem, four Hong Kong high school students have invented a smart rubbish bin that uses AI to sort (分类)
Connected to a computer, the bin uses a camera to tell the kind of the waste it receives and sorts it into plastic, paper, or other kinds. To make sure the bin can sort waste correctly, the team tested every product in the school shop and took at least 500 pictures of each one. "To train the AI(角度), so it has a better rate of accuracy(精准度), "said one of the students who built the AI system.
The idea of the smart bin was born two years ago, when the students were in Grade Ten. At that time, people from the city crowded into their village because of the COVID—19. They left behind a lot of rubbish and caused more pollution.
"All the bins were full. and there was even rubbish on the mountain. " the students recalled. "Every weekend, we had to join the villagers in picking up the waste. "
The students decided to develop a special recycling bin that would encourage people to protect the environment. Although school ended at 2 p. m. , the team would continue to work on their invention until 6 or 7 p. m. at school. Even when their school was closed last year, they would still meet and work together online.
"Our bin is now in its third generation (代). Before graduation, we hope it can he widely used in the city" The students said. "Then it will be easier than ever for people to recycle and protect our environment.

After a lot of hard work I had a very fine tent. The cave at the back of my tent was a good place to keep my food, so I called it my "kitchen". The next day I thought about the possible dangers on the island. So I built a very strong fence(篱笆), and get some more things.
I went back twelve times, but soon after my twelfth visit, there was another terrible storm.
The next morning, when I looked out at the sea, there was no ship.
When I saw that, I was very sad. "Why am I alive(活着), and why are all my friends dead?"I asked myself. "What will happen to me now
Then I told myself that I was lucky——lucky to be alive, lucky to have food and tools and lucky to be young and strong. I said to myself, "I'm going to be on this island for a long time. " So on a long piece of wood(雕刻)these words:I CAME HERE ON 30 TH SEPTEMBER 1659. After that, I decided to carve the date each day.
