Mike is a student. He gets up at 6:20. He runs in the park for half an hour. Then he has breakfast at 7:35. Before breakfast, he brushes his teeth and then washes his face. After breakfast, he goes to school at 7:50. He has a math class at 8:00. After class, he often plays sports with his friends. He often does his homework after dinner. In the evening, he reads books and sleeps at 9:00.
Everybody wants to be healthy. Eating healthy food is important for us. There is some healthy food. You can eat more vegetables and fruit. For example, you can eat bananas, apples, oranges, carrots, cabbages and so on. They can make you healthy and strong. Don't eat too much ice cream or chocolate. Don't drink too much Coke. It's not good for your teeth or even your health. Many children like eating junk food. It might make you ill and weak. Sports can keep you healthy. Get up early and do some sports every day. They can make your life better.
