Tom is a bookworm （书迷）. He likes reading a lot. It's half past eight on Friday evening. Tom doesn't go to bed, because （因为） he is reading a funny storybook.
In the morning, Tom wakes up and looks at his clock. Oh, my God! It's half past eight. He's late for school.
Tom screams, "Mum, I'm late for school. Please help me." Mum isn't at home. Tom has to put on his clothes and get up quickly.
