A Healthy Way of Life
Do you laugh every day? Most people do.
Laughter（笑，笑声）is good for you. Why? For one thing, laughter is good exercise. When you laugh, you exercise many muscles（锻炼许多肌肉）in your body. One hundred laughs equal ten minutes of running. When you laugh, you also breathe deeply（深呼吸）. This helps you relax（放松）. That's good for you, too.
In English, people say that laughter is the best medicine. Some think that laughter helps sick people get well. Do you think so?
Aunt Judy's Birthday
Aunt Judy's birthday is coming. Dad and Mum are going to take me to her house. She lives in Guangzhou. We are going to go there by train next week. Her birthday party will be on Saturday. We shall（出发，离开）on Friday afternoon. And we are going to come back on Sunday evening. I am going to give my dear Aunt Judy a picture. I am going to draw it tomorrow morning. I will draw some flowers. I will draw a small dog, too. That's because she likes dogs. The picture will be very nice.

Thank you for your email. Let me tell you something about my school life in China.
My school day in China is quite different from our school day in England. I get up at half past six on weekdays（工作日）. I leave home at twenty past seven. I go to school on foot. Because my home is not far from the school. I get to school at seven thirty. School in China starts at eight o'clock. I eat lunch at school at twelve o'clock. We finish school at 4:00 in the afternoon. I stay late at school because I'm in the football team. I play football for one hour. I get home at five o'clock.
