Hello! My name is Aybol. I'm 14 years old. I'm from Allay （阿勒泰）、Xinjiang.
Today is a special day for my family. I get up at six in the morning. Dad is putting the cows and sheep onto the trucks （卡车）. Mom packs my favourite milk food. We will drive to another pasture （牧场）. We uke our yurt （毡房） with us, too! We need five hours on the road!
My family move like this four times every year. It's a tradition （传统） of Kazak （哈萨克） people in Altay, Xinjiang. We move to different places （转场） when the seasons change. So, our animals can always have fresh grass to eat. In summer, we move high up on the mountain. In spring and autumn, we live hallway up the mountain. And in winter, we live at the foot of the mountain.
There are no cartoons or video games. I help my parents herd （放牧） and shear （给……剪毛） the sheep. My friends also come with their families. We ride horses, play the dombra （冬不拉）, and look for squirrels in the trees. We have a good time in Altay.
