My aunt Nancy is a truck(卡车) driver. When she left school, she didn't know what she wanted to do, so she went to work in a supermarket. One day, she was talking to one of the truck drivers at the supermarket, and she got the idea to drive a truck herself. She went home and told her parents (my grandparents), and they thought it was a good idea.
Nancy's journeys are different every day, and she goes to every part of the country. She enjoys the driving, but she says that one day, she wants to get a job with a different company so that she can drive to more places.
Nancy says she likes being out on the road, seeing new towns all the time, but the best thing about driving trucks for her is talking to everyone she sees during her working day. She also says the trucks are comfortable, so she doesn't mind sleeping in them. For her, they are her home on wheels!
I asked my grandparents what they thought about Nancy's job. They are happy that Nancy is happy, so they don't want her to change jobs. But they worry about her because it's sometimes a dangerous job and she spends a lot of time away from home.

Computers are useful machines. They can help people a lot in their everyday life. For example they can help people save much time and they can help people work out many problems they can't do easily. Our country asks everyone to learn to use computers except the old people.
Today more and more families own computers. Parents buy computers for their children. They hope computers can help them improve their studies in school. Yet many of the children use computers to play games to watch video or to sing Karaoke instead of studying. So many teachers and parents complain(抱怨) that computers can not help children to study but make them fall behind. So computers are locked by parents in the boxes.
In some other countries even some scientists hate computers. They say computers let millions of people lost their jobs or bring them a lot of trouble.
Will computers really bring trouble to people or can they bring people happiness? It will be decided by people themselves.
Jared's mom asked him to bring his little brother, Max, to the playground where Jared planned to meet his friends. Jared was unwilling but he didn't have another choice, so he walked slowly. After a while, Jared noticed that the gate into the playground was locked.
For a few minutes, everyone waited helplessly. Then, from around the corner walked Mr Giles, the manager at the community center. He reached over to unlock the gate. But instead, Mr Giles suddenly dropped the keys on the other side of the fence(栅栏)!
There was a long silence. Then Max stood up, "I can get them." Everyone ignored(忽视) him until he repeated himself, and this time more loudly. Jared said, "How can you possibly help?"
Max simply answered, "Watch what I can do." Within a minute, he had stood on the opposite side. He got the keys and passed them through to Jared. In seconds, Mr Giles had the gate unlocked. The boys went to the playground, calling out their thanks to Mr Giles.
Mr Giles answered, "Don't thank me. Max is the one who saved the day." After that, Jared decided to never again think of his brother as a trouble.

I woke up the sun was rising, but I I could not move. My arms, legs and hair were tied to the ground!
Then I something on my leg. It moved up over my and neck until it was standing near my face. I looked down and saw a very small man. He was the same as my little finger! Where was I? Who was this tiny person?
Soon more small men started climbing all me. There were around 40 of them. I shouted at them—the loud noise made them all over. However, they soon got up again and continued moving across my body.
One of these small men began to me, but I could not understand him. I did not know what to say either. I tried to pull one hand free and managed to break the ropes. When I lifted my left hand into the air, the small men began to shout. I looked down and saw a huge army of people. They were coming straight towards me. "I must run away from them," I thought, but I did not know how to get away.
