Have you ever seen a bird fly into a building?Now，a group of students from Class 6，Grade 8 at Shenzhen Baoan Hangrui Middle School，Guangdong，are working to help the birds and learn more about this problem.
In March，they set up a team to study bird collisions（鸟撞）. "Every morning，we walk around buildings with large glass before 9 am. That is the peak（高峰）time for bird activity. During the past winter vacation，my family spent our New Year in Jingdezhen，Jiangxi，which is famous for its porcelain（磁） culture.
We visited a museum that showed us how porcelain is made. On （we） way there，we found something special. All the streetlights were covered in porcelain. Even the rubbish bins were made of porcelain. Wherever China's national flag is raised，there is the pride of the Chinese people. Between June 3 and 4，the Chang'e 6 lunar probe（月球探测器） showed our national flag on the moon's far side（月球背面）. This is the first flag of any country to fly there!
The flag uses very cool technology（科技）. It is made of Xuanwu rock. The rock is common on Earth. You can find it in many places. People often make the rock into floors and roads.
The rock for making the flag comes from Hebei. Scientists first crushed（碾碎） and melted the rock. Then，they made it into very thin threads（线），even thinner than your hair!They wove （编织） these threads together to make a flag about the size of a piece of A4 paper.
Although the flag is made of rock，it is not heavy. It's just a little heavier than four table tennis balls. It could last over 10，000 years on the moon，because it can stand up to heat，cold and it's hard to break，said Zhou Changyi，one of the scientists who made the flag.
The Chang'e 6 also got the first lunar rocks from the far side of the moon. In doing that，it made a mark that looks like the Chinese character"zhong". Now，the Chang'e 6 probe，carrying the rock，is on its way home.
