No one is born a winner. People make themselves into winners by their own hard1 .
Several years ago，I was a leader of a football team in a small school. It was a tradition for the school's old team to play against the 2 team at the end of spring practice. The old team had no coach，and they didn't even practice to 3 the game. Being the leader of the new team，I was excited because I knew we were going to win，but we lost the game. Everyone in the team felt blue.
Thinking hard about it，we，came to realize that we had to 4 the attitude（态度） about our ability and potential （潜力）. We started doing everything we could to5 our confidence. Most importantly，we began to regard ourselves like winners. That summer，when the other teams enjoyed their vacations，we met every day and practiced passing and kicking the 6 . PED （Partial eclipse disease）is a kind of bad eating habit. People with PED only like or dislike some kinds of food. It happens to babies and children most. Some old people have such a problem，too.
Why does it happen?
You are one of the main reasons. When you don't eat some food often，your children see it and soon follow you. Also，too much love from the one﹣child family makes children get bad eating habits easily. Some children with low Zn（锌） levels might have PED，too.
What do children with PED usually do?
When you find your children have one of such symptoms（症状），you have to take it seriously.
*Only eat meat for a meal，leaving rice there.
*Never eat vegetables but always eat so much junk food.
*Enjoy all drinks such as cola，milk and yogurt and they even think of them as main food.
*Eggs are their favorite food and they eat at least three to four eggs a day.
How to help your children with PED?Add Zn to children's food. Try to let children eat more food with Zn such as fish，liver（肝脏），oysters（社蛎） and other kinds of meat.
Sometimes medicine with Zn is necessary too. Set a good example for them. You are the best teacher for your children.
Allan Maman was a 17﹣year﹣old boy from the USA. When fidget spinners （指尖陀螺） first came out，he got really interested. He bought some online. When he got them，he found that they were of poor quality. Instead of waiting for someone else to make something better，he decided to make one for himself.

People read books less often these days. With the invention of TVs，computer games，the Internet and mobile phones，it seems that reading books no longer a popular activity. However，I believe that books are an important art of our lives.
Books offer a great wealth（财富） of learning and are at a cheaper price than taking a course（课程）. Books can make people cleverer，because heavy readers have greater knowledge of how things work and who or what people are.
Everything needs reading. Imagine trying to do something as simple as reading the notes on a medicine bottle without good reading skills. Someone should not understand them and become very sick.
Even something as simple as walking or driving through the city could become very dangerous without enough reading. Sometimes，you must be able understand what is written and explain the meaning of them.
Some people say that reading is a waste of time and we can do better things with our time. Even if we don't read books，we still read every day and reading books can strengthen our abilities（能力）. Reading is one of the greatest things we can do in our free time.
With a book，you can travel anywhere you want，do anything you want，talk to anyone you want. Reading is very important in our lives，no matter old you are. So I think people should read books.
Music is a part of our daily life. I have to say I have a strong love for it. Everyone can choose proper music to listen to. However, when you find a kind of music which can bring happiness to you，you will be surprised and become excited.
Music can help people get good mood （心情） greatly. When you feel sad, smooth music may be a good thing to help you out. Smoothing music will let you feel relaxed. You will find that you will pay much attention to the music，and then your sadness can go away slowly. You will go into music ocean. You can experience a washing of your heart. It doesn't matter if you want to cry. You should just follow your own feeling. Music will encourage you to overcome difficulties.
What's more, music includes a lot of useful knowledge. People can get knowledge from music. Because there are different kinds of music in different countries. And from music, we can listen to music culture. Music culture will give you a deeper understanding to learn foreign culture，such as foreign language, foreign history, foreign traditional customs and so on.
In a word, music plays an important role in helping people and society develop. I believe that music will still continue to bring us many surprises. As the development of society, great music will become more important.
There is a Fantawild adventure theme park（方特欢乐世界） in Handan. It is beautiful and interesting. I have （be） there twice. This summer，I visited the amusement park my parents again. I remembered it was a sunny and hot day. Thousands of people were there. Many people were（wait） to buy tickets at the entrance. Most people （bring） their cameras. They were ready to take some（photo）.
