As we all know，the rainbow has seven colours.We all like it.The country will build a unique building called the "Rainbow Tree".We can't find such kind of building anywhere else.It is 115 metres high and has 32 stories （层）.This building is made of wood.

The building's name comes from a local tree in the Philippines.It is the rainbow eucalyptus （桉树）.The bark （树皮）of the tree has many different colours，yellow，green，orange and purple.

Sandy is a taxi driver in London.She tells us about her work and some of her experiences.
1 did you start？
I've been a taxi driver for about five years.Before that，I was a bus driver in London，and I enjoyed it，but I wanted to be more independent，so I changed and started driving my taxi.
Have you ever had any famous passengers？
Oh yes.I've had film stars，politicians，you know，some famous people.About a year ago，a really famous actor got into my taxi.I took him to the airport.There was 2
traffic and we spent a long time getting there，so he missed his plane.It wasn't my fault but when he got out of the taxi，he said some things that were not very 3
to me!I said to him， "Next time，take a bus!"
Have passengers ever 4 anything in your taxi？
Oh yes，all kinds of things in here，a suitcase，a hat，mobile phones of course，even a dog once!Years ago，a woman forgot a pair of shoes on the back seat.And one time some teeth here!Not real teeth of course，false teeth.And people have asked me to do some strange jobs.Once a doctor stopped me outside a hospital and asked me to take a skeleton （骨架）.to the hospital in the countryside.And I did.But I asked the doctor to pay 5 — the skeleton couldn't pay after all.
What's the worst part of your job？
Good question.I've always enjoyed being a taxi driver.But of course，sometimes，it's not great.I don't like driving around without a passenger，but it's better than just waiting for passengers at the airport or at a railway station.
Friday, 17th March
Not a good day. My older brother Jeremy is cooking tonight.What's the problem？Well, the problem is that you don't know my brother.You don't know how he cooks.And you don't know that every Friday is a nightmare for me bmy parents go to their dance class.When they come back，we all sit down and Jeremy starts serving what he calls 'a surprise meal'.
Jeremy always cooks too much food，like fish，steak，boiled ham，roast chicken and sausages.All is on one plate.How can one person eat all that in one meal？Mum and Dad don't say a word.And of course，they don't cook even one meal t.They don't want to give up their dance classes.
Spaghetti tonight. When Jeremy says 'spaghetti'，he doesn't say it.He sings it.He loves terrible.There isn't cooking spaghetti，but that doesn't make a difference.It tenough tomato sauce on it.There's too much pasta and salt. A one of my brother's favourites is vegetable soup.It's always too spicy，and there are not enough vegetables in it.And he puts in little pieces of fish，steak，ham，chicken and sausages.You can guess where they're from. It's the left﹣overs from the week before.My brother 's desserts aren't bad.He gets them at the supermarket.It's u ice cream with strawberries or chocolate mousse.But，of course，there are not enough strawberries and there's not enough ice cream.It's ufor me if my parents go dancing every Friday.I want to talk to Mum and Dad today.I want them to stop dancing.I hope they will hear my s.
My mother told me that I liked kicking （踢）a ball around when I was only four years old.Then，when I was a little girl，I played volleyball with other young girls in the neighbourhood.Since then，playing volleyball has become my hobby.
Playing volleyball helps me to relax （放松）.If the weather is nice，I like to play with my friends after doing our homework.And I usually watch volleyball games on TV with my parents after supper.Also，when we travel to the beach，we usually play volleyball together there.
What's more，playing volleyball helps me make a lot of friends.And after playing，we like to talk about our favourite stars，movies and songs.We also help each other with our studies.
