Sara got up early this morning. Today she and her family were going on a hike (远足). It was Sara's first hike.

Another hour passed. They got to the top of the mountain. Sara's mother began to take out their picnic (野餐). There were hamburgers, eggs, beef and juice. "Congratulations, Sara!" said her father. "You have just finished your first hike!" Sara smiled. She thought she liked hiking.

Being outgoing is good for your life. Those who are more outgoing like to meet lots of people and have more fun in life. Even shy people can be outgoing.
You can start becoming outgoing with your best friend or a group of friends. But the real challenge (挑战) comes when you meet strange (陌生的) people or new friends. In this way, you may have some talks.
