When we meet a new person, we usually ask, "What's your name?" Most people have two names and names are different in different countries. In Jenny' s class, the students are from all over(遍及) the world. So it is not easy for her to know their names.
In the US, many people have three names, a first name, a middle name, and a last name. Parents choose(选择) the first and middle names for their babies. There are names for boys and names for girls. For example, John, Peter, Tom and Mike are all names for boys. Jenny, Betty, Susan and Mary are all names for girls. The last name is the family name, like Green, Smith, Brown and Wood. I'm writing to you because I want a pen friend. I can share my1 with you and get to know yours! I live in a village on Sark. Sark is a very 2 island(岛). You can ride a horse and get around the island in just an hour. Only 562 people live on Sark. I'm3 here because my family and my friends are with me. I love school too. There's only one 4 on Sark. Here my classmates and teachers are all very nice. We don't often play sports like 5 or basketball because there aren't many people to make teams. Beaches here are always 6 as we never leave things here and there on the beaches. There is a library 7 there aren't any shopping centres on the island.
