⑴Prepare the dough (面团). Make it into small balls. Roll each one flat (平的) until it is about 20 centimeters wide.
⑵Rub (擦) some of the cooking oil onto the surface of the frying pan.
⑶Heat the pan until the oil begins to smoke.
⑷Put a chapati into the pan and let it cook until it is brown and puffy (膨胀的) on one side.
⑸Turn the chapati over and cook the other side.
