A teacher usually taught his students in special ways. One year, heasked four students to go to see apple trees in different seasons. The firststudent went there in spring, the second in summer, the third in autumn, andthe last in winter.
After the four students came back, they described(描述) the trees to the teacher. The first student said, "All leaveson the trees were green and beautiful." The second student said differently,"The flowers looked so nice and smelt good." But the third student said heonly saw apples on the trees. "They tasted good, but I couldn't seeany flowers."
"Really? Why didn't I see any leaves, flowers, or apples?"the last one said. "The trees looked really ugly." Just then, theteacher said, "You're all right, but you each just saw one season. Thetrees aren't the same in different seasons. You can't tell a tree by only oneseason."
Everything has different sides in life. So don't tell what a thingor a person is like before seeing all of it.
