Tom is one of my friends. He is a good mountain (登山者). Five years ago. He broke his legs when climbing a mountain (独自). He was (躺) on the floor in a coma when he was found. He was in such a bad (状况) that doctors had to cut off his legs in order to save his life. After that, Tom was in great sorrow and he even thought of (死). To cheer him up I often take him to volunteer in children's home. We hope to do many things, such as (修补) some broken toys, sweeping the floor and taking out the (垃圾). It makes Tom get a strong feeling of (满足). He always says，"In our life, there are always (困难) that we can't imagine. As long as we face them bravely. We will (理解) the meaning of life.
