Last week I went to an art show. A painting caught mv eves. To my surprise, it was painted by Steven, one of my (学生).Then suddenly those that came into mv mind were many (特别的) moments with him.
Steven was from a poor family. His parents died on his fifth grade in the primary school. Usually our school provided gloves for poor children, (包括) Steven. He was so happy when he received a pair. He loved to wear them and they were always (干净的) than anybody else's.
Steven was quite good at painting. What's more, he could (容易地) understand what I described in class. I wondered (是否) he had enough money to buy the paper for painting or not, so sometimes I gave him some. And I often showed his paintings to the class. He (鼓励) a lot by what I did for him.
One day just before the summer vacation, he decided (借) some art books from me. When the new term began, he showed some of his (绝妙的;了不起的) paintings to me. We talked a lot and he said he would keep on.
He entered a famous art (大学).After graduation, though he had many difficulties, he never gave up. His hard work and strong mind led to his success.
