Doing exercise is good for our health. Here are some rules for you before doing exercise.
Warmup is very important to people before doing exercise. A warmup lasting 5—10 minutes can relax your muscles(肌肉) and it's good for your heart.
Too much exercise is bad for our health. When you feel tired, stop it. You should feel relaxed after exercising and your body needs a day of rest(休息).
You shouldn't do any exercise within an hour and a half after eating. It's a good habit to rest and relax for about fifteen minutes before sitting down to the table.
Morning is a good time to exercise, but it may not be good for you. If afternoon or evening is OK for you, and you enjoy the feeling of getting healthier, you can choose any time to exercise.
