Here are five rules to live by, If you are a kid who wants to be healthy.
①If you eat different foods, You are more likely to get the nutrients(营养) your body needs.
②Drink water and milk more often. You will probably(或许) want something other than milk or water once in a while, so it's OK to have 100% to have juice, too.
③Don't eat too much. When you are eating, notice how your body feels and when your stomach feels comfortably full. Eating too much can make you feel uncomfortable and over a period of time can lead to unhealthy weight gain(增加).
④Don't watch TV or DVDs or play computer games too much.
Do sports. You can do sports when your mom or your dad says it's time to stop watching TV or playing computer games.
