I'm writing to tell you about my recent holiday in Paris. You told us that the price includes four nights in a five-star hotel, which was clearly not. There were only two small beds, so our son had to sleep on the floor. There were not any clean towels(毛巾) in the bathroom and there were too many insects(昆虫)all over the place. There was really a view (风景)from the bedroom window—but it was a view of a motorway and the airport. There was noise all night and we couldn't sleep. There were no drinks included in the breakfast, and we had to pay extra for milk! We demand(要求)a refund (退款)!

Dear Mrs. Dryden,
Three weeks ago, I booked a flight to new York with your airline and asked for vegetarian food (素食). However, when I was on the plane, I found there was none. What worse, there was a snow storm in New York, so the plane landed in Washington. The total flight time was over 15 hours and there was nothing for me to eat! Thankfully, my holiday in New York was great, and there was vegetarian food on my flight back to London. But please make sure that there is vegetarian food on all future flights.

Dear sir /madam,
My friends and I have just returned from our summer holiday in Italy. We rented (租) a villa(别墅) from your company for two weeks and we were really excited about it. According to your brochure(广告手册), there were four bedrooms in the villa and there was a large swimming pool in the garden. However, when we arrived your representative(销售代表), Paolo, told us that our villa wasn't available(可用的)because another family was already there. Then, Paolo took us to another villa, but it was much smaller. There were only three bedrooms and there wasn't even a swimming pool! It was a disaster(灾难)! We demand a refund!
