Mr Brown works in an office. He is about (四十) years old. He likes to eat meat and cakes very much. So his children (经常) buy some for him. He doesn't like doing (运动). He only watches them on TV. So he (变得）fatter and fatter. Now it's (困难的) for him to walk.
One day, he goes to see a doctor. The doctor looks over him (仔细地) and then says," There is something wrong with your heart , Mr. Brown. It's not (健康的) for you to eat too much sugar and meat. You'd better eat some (蔬菜) for each meal. "
"That's easy, doctor." says Mr. Brown. "But (什么时候) should I eat it? (在……之前) a meal or after a meal?"
