UFC(终极格斗）— one of the greatest championship fights

 

    China's first-ever UFC world champion Zhang Weili defended her strawweight title with split decision victory over Joanna Jedrzejczyk in Las Vegas on International Women's Day.

    It's a difficult journey for Zhang to be there at a difficult time for her country. She left Beijing on February 1^st and then she was forced to take detours（绕道） to Thailand and Abu Dhabi. She didn't arrive in the States until February 23rd because of the coronavirus （冠状病毒).

    "I don't like people hitting each other with rude language. I don't like any rubbish words in the octagon (八角笼). All fighters deserve respect from one another in the octagon. We should be a model to our young people. We are champions, not wild animals," Zhang said following her victory.

And now the virus is spreading worldwide, I hope everybody in the world can stand together to fight the virus with an united effort. I just want to say that we can win this fight. And together we will" said Zhang.
