Bill had a new life last week. His parents went to Beijing on (出差). They bad
thought about bringing him to Beijing, but Bill was afraid he might (不及格) the exams next month if he missed so many classes. His parents were (担心) about him, so they wanted to call Bill's grandparents and asked them to come to take (照顾) of Bill, but Bill refused. He thought he was not a (懒情的) boy and he could make it by himself. So at last he was left (单独的). Though Bill's parents were away, he couldn't be (违反) his family rules. He had a (习惯) of getting up early every morning though there was nobody asking him to get up, so last week he was always at school on time. And he could cook (简单的) meals for himself as well. His parents called him every night to make sure he was not in (麻烦,困境). When his parents came back, they were happy that Bill had looked after himself well.
