Li Yuxin is 13 yearsold, and she is a middle school student from Beijing. She loves paper cuttingand her classmates say she is born with the (能力) to cut. During the Tokyo Olympic Games, Chinese athletes got manymedals. Li was so excited and (自豪的)that she came up with a good idea to (表达) her happiness. She made series of paper cuts describing the "goldenmoments" of the athletes whom she thought are (英雄), too.
Li began to learn theart of paper cutting when she was in a kindergarten in the capital of China. Duringher primary school years, she went to have art classes (几乎) every weekend. She spent most of her free time on paper-cuts. And soon,she was good at making them. Each paper cut brings out the personal ideas ofthe author (精确地). She can cut different kinds of (生气勃勃的) pictures. Li was worried about the athletes when they went toTokyo. She hoped every athlete could (保持不变) healthy during their stay in Japan. She cut paper every morningduring the Summer Olympic Games.
Li's parents (支持) her interest in paper cutting. "It's good to have an interestand be willing to spend time and (精力) on it," said Li's mother.
