Rainforests are in the tropical regions (热带) of the Earth. The trees are u very tall. Lots of rainfall helps them grow and live. The trees p a home and food for many living things. Half of the world's animal species (物种), such as monkeys, elephants and tigers, live in the rainforests. So rainforests are an i part of the Earth.
After the trees are cut down, many of these animals have nowhere to live. Each day, we are losing hundreds of species of animals and plants. If we do not p the rainforests now, we will never see them again. So e of us should take action right now.
