    Yes, temperature have something to do with our sleep. Did you ever find it hard to fall asleep on hot summer night? Our body temperature is around 37℃, but it drops by 2℃ at night. The drop starts about two hours before we go to sleep. During sleep, our body temperature keeps dropping. It gets a low point in the early morning. But when the weather is hot, the body will find it harder to cool down. That's why we can't get enough sleep.

    As the saying goes, "A good laugh and a long sleep are the best cures(疗法)in the doctor's book. " It's time to take action to save the earth(地球) as well as our sleep!
