Li Xiaoming, a teacher from Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, recently became popular on the Internet. By holding students' resumes (简历) and (introduce) them in front of a smartphone, Li was helping his students find work from good businesses tlivestreaming (直播).
On Feb. 17, 2023, Li and two other college teachers tried the new and (create) method for the first time. In the livestream, they connected with businesses to learn about their (require) for workers and introduced the college graduates. And all graduates who were w the livestream could also put their resumes online during the livestream.
Li said that before the livestream, he and his workmates had already l through several excellent students' resumes together. They also talked with the students to get to know their abilities and advantages.
The livestream l for about an hour and a half and received more than 20, 000 likes. Among the eight graduates that Li introduced, three have received interview invitations from businesses. "I became such a l dog. I am very moved and thankful." said Lyu Yuke, one of the graduates who got an invitation.
"In recent years, livestreaming has become very popular. We hope to use this new way of (communicate) to help excellent students find good jobs." said Li.
