Justin never does his homework. "It is 1 ," he says. He always plays basketball after school.
One day, Justin finds his dog 2 an elf (精灵). The elf says to Justin, " Help me! Take me away from (远离) your 3 . Please! I'm not his toy. Then I can give you a wish."
"I want to get A's in the tests (测试)," Justin takes the elf and says. "You need to 4 every day." The elf says,"Oh, you ask 5 from me, but I'll do it."
Then the elf starts to do the homework. But he doesn't know how to do it and he needs help.
"I don't know the word," he says. " Get me a 6 . Help me look it up (查询)." When it comes to 7 , the elf asks, " What are times tables (乘法口诀表)?" The elf doesn't know 8 history. " Let's go to the library. I need books on history," he says.
Every day, Justin has to do all his homework with the elf.
At last, Justin gets his A's in the tests. He is very 9 and says to the elf, "Thank you. You don't do much homework for me, but because of you, I have a 10 of doing my homework every day. It's really good for me."
