When I arrived at school yesterday morning, lots of students were wearing bandanas (印花头巾) on the heads. I was feeling really strange.
In front of the school office, there was a long line of students waiting (buy) bandanas. I didn't know what was going on, I walked close to a student who was folding his bandana carefully and asked in a low voice, " are there so many students wearing bandanas today?" He (explain), "The school is helping a charity organization to sell bandanas and all the money collected will go to kids who are losing (they) hair because of serious illnesses. Once they realize they are losing hair, these kids (usual) start wearing bandanas, thus they will not feel shy about going outside hair." After hearing that, I decided to buy my bandana.
I think if everyone is wearing bandana, it will be great encouragement for these sick kids, and they will feel very (hope) about the future. Also, the money will be used for further research and one day (scientist) will find a cure for such illnesses.
