If you are a sports lover, this place will suit you down to the ground! With a super large swimming pool, wonderful volleyball and tennis courts (球场), it has everything I like. It's been my favorite space after work since it's really close to my office.

The good thing is both group lessons and special lessons are available every day, but I have to say 30 minutes' exercise is a bit too short. And the reception staff here don't even wear a smile. I doubt if it's worth a second visit.

Whether you want to keep in shape, lose some weight or build your strength, there's the gym with modern equipment and personal trainers to look after you. It would be better if there were more changing rooms.
How to Know if Your Friend Is Really a Friend?
If you're unsure whether your friend is really a true friend or not, it generally means things have happened to cause you some doubt. The fact that you cannot be certain means that the friendship is under question and your feelings need to be dealt with before you can continue to trust this friendship is worth the effort. So, is this friend true to you or not?
Here are some questions you can ask yourself.
PART 1 Does Your Friend Want to BeWith You?
1. Spend time with your friend. Spending time together is a normal and expected part of friendship. Begin here as it is the best clue as to whether or not your friend is willing to make an effort in the friendship.
2. See what happens if you try to hang around a friend who is giving you information or instructions of not wanting to be near you.
3. Invite your friend to a party or special event at your place to see whether or not they accept the invitation.
PART 2 How Supportive is Your Friend?
1. Remember that friendship is not about the people who are true to your face. It's about the people who are true behind your back.
2. Observe how your friend is when they don't notice you're about. This provides you with the chance to find out what type of people your friend hangs out with or if they say anything bad about you or one of your closer friends.
3. Consider how your friend keeps your secrets. A good and sincere friend won't talk about your private lives and won't spread rumors (谣言) or, even worse, lies.

"I have to keep my hand from shaking," thought Mark as he picked up the baseball card. He fixed his eyes on the early 20th-century image in shining red and then slowly turned the card over.
It was in perfect condition, showing clearly the friendly face of Honus Wagner, one of the most famous baseball players in history.
"That's one of my favorites. My dad got that when he was a boy," said the old man.
"How…how much?" asked Mark. He cleared his voice.
"Fifty dollars," the man said. Then he bit (咬) his lip, wondering whether it was too much to ask, especially from a boy.
Mark knew that the old man did not realize what a treasure he had. Looking at the man's face and his worn shirt, Mark thought, "I've never seen him at one of these swap meets (二手货集市) so far. I bet he is here because he needs some money, not because he knows much about baseball cards. If I made this trade, I would have to remember that I robbed (掠夺) this man for the rest of my life."
The man's heart sank (下沉) as Mark shook his head and handed back the card. "It is worth a lot more than fifty dollars. You should take it to an antique dealer (古董商)," Mark said.
The man's eyes widened as Mark added, "The last time a Honus Wagner card was sold, it made over 500,000 dollars." Then Mark turned around and walked away, before the old man could see the tears in his eyes.
Walking away that day was the hardest thing Mark had ever done in his life.
For some people, choosing to be scared can be fun. Going through a haunted house might make them scream, then laugh! They like to be scared because they like the way their body changes. For others, that feeling takes their mind off their worries. "You're probably not thinking about your homework that's due next week when you're playing a game of hide-and-seek," says Dr. Margee Kerr, a sociologist (社会学家) from the University of Pittsburgh.
Being scared is not always a treat. When a balloon pops, we may jump. Our heart beats faster and harder, and we breathe faster. That's because when we meet something we don't know or something alarming, some reactions are triggered (触发) to help prepare us for the unknown. Once the body is alert (警觉的), the brain decides whether or not the danger is real.
Fear is a tool that the brain uses to keep the body safe. It tells a person to hide, run away, or protect oneself. Faster heartbeat and breathing send more blood and oxygen to the muscles (肌肉) so they're ready when they're needed.
Our memories also help protect us. We keep a close eye on babies because they don't understand what might hurt them. As babies grow, they learn what's unsafe, and their brains store those memories. Then their brains use fear to warn them of dangers. "We don't want to be fearless," Dr. Kerr says. "It's good to have a healthy sense of what's dangerous!"
____ Experiences can lead to long-lasting fears that may stop a person from trying new things. We're born with the ability to feel fear, but what we're afraid of is learned. A long-lasting fear can mean you've had a bad experience and your brain doesn't want you to have it again. If a dog bit someone, that person might feel afraid of all dogs.
Luckily, many people have beat their own fears. Here's one way: Instead of listening to their imagination, they learn the facts about anything that seems scary. Knowledge can help a person feel less afraid.

I think if everyone is wearing bandana, it will be great encouragement for these sick kids, and they will feel very (hope) about the future. Also, the money will be used for further research and one day (scientist) will find a cure for such illnesses.
