Chang Xiangyang, a 52-year-old woman, comes from Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. She created the "Xinyu Home" across from Xi'an Children's Hospital.
200-square-meter "Xinyu Home" has provided free accommodation (住宿) and other services for over 2,100 poor families with sick children more than six years.
