Very few people enjoy exams. I don't, either. . So I'm not surprised when I find that my students worry about them. As a student, it's impossible for you not to worry about exams at all, but at least you should try not to worry too much. Good students never study hard only a few days before an exam. . Remember that it is impossible to learn everything at the last minute.
Then what should you do? If you start to study for each exam early, you will be able to say "How easy the exam is!" .
▲Take a short rest during your study. . Then you should have a short rest for about ten minutes after you study for an hour. Then you can remember things much faster.
▲You'd better not stay up late before an exam. You may feel tired or want to sleep the next day if you stay up too late before an exam.
▲. You can listen to music or have a walk with your good friends. They are both good ways to help you feel less worried or nervous before an exam.
