I think it's funny. They are trying to stop us from using TikTok, but many other social media websites(网站)are doing similar(类似的)things . I guess some people think that TikTok is invasive(有侵略性的), and can break down their smartphones. But TikTok brings me short videos that I want to watch. It's like they are made just for me.
I don't care about how lawmakers(立法者)worry about TikTok. For me, as long as people enjoy the videos, it's fine. I'm against this ban(禁令).

When I heard the news, I was very surprised and upset(沮丧的). TikTok shows interesting videos to more people and brings people together to have more fun. It also teaches us "lessons" that we didn't know before.
TikTok has changed so many lives. People make new careers (事业)out of it, and some even raise(筹集)money to help others. This app has brought happiness to so many people. It becomes a very important part of many people's lives.

I don't understand this ban on TikTok. It looks like the government doesn't want people from other countries to run media companies(媒体公司). But there are already a lot of newspapers owned by foreigners. For example, the Wall Street Journal, a famous newspaper in the US, is owned by an Australian. So why China? I want to know where the line is.
If the government is afraid that China is spying(秘密监视)on us through TikTok , they should ban every phone for sale on the Internet - because many of them are made in China!
