"Want to play soccer?" Nick asked Tim after school. "The person to get the most goals（进球）out of ten is the winner. Loser buys the winner something from the school bakery. "
"Sounds like fun, " Tim agreed.
Nick started the 1 and missed a shot（射门）. Tim isn't a real player, Nick thought. I don't have to try very hard. He missed a second shot, then another before finishing his turn.
"I got 2 out of ten, " Nick said with a smile. "Your turn. "
Tim placed the ball on the grass, took a deep breath, and kicked. The ball flew straight into the goal. "3 " Nick rolled his eyes（翻白眼）and looked pretty confident.
Tim took his time on every shot, missing one, making one, then making another. When he got seven goals, Nick began to feel a little 4 . When Tim's final shot flew into the goal. Nick's stomach dropped.
"Eight out of ten! I can't believe I beat you, " Tim laughed. "It's a real version（版本）of the story 5 . "
"What do you mean?" Nick said.
