The eyes are the windows of our soul(灵魂). However, you have to look after them properly. Your eyes need everyday attention.
Pay more attention to your diet. Have more fruits, vegetables, fish, eggs and milk. It's good for your eyes. Besides, we should take some Vitamins A and B2 regularly(有规律地).
Have a regular sleep. It relaxes the eye muscles(肌肉) and gives them the rest required. Usually, you must sleep for at least seven to eight hours every day, or you will get dark circles under the eyes.
Exercise eyes every day. Blink(眨眼) your eyes regularly, which makes the eyeballs watery, and gives them a good wash.
Use your eyes in right ways. Rubbing(摩擦) is harmful to your eyes. For example, if a small thing goes into your eye, don't rub it. Don't read or write in the sun. Too much reading, writing, watching TV or working on the computer can also cause eyes tired, so a good rest is required.
If you always take care of God's most beautiful gift, your eyes will be very colorful!

Once, a man went to buy a coconut. The sale asked him for ten coins for one coconut.
“I'll give you five," said the man.
"You can go to the wholesale market two miles away. You will get a coconut for five coins there." replied the seller.
So the man walked to the wholesale market. He picked a coconut and said to the seller in the wholesale market, "I'll pay three coins for it"
The seller told him," If you want a coconut for three coins, then walk three miles to the seashore. "So the man walked to the seashore. "I'll pay one coin for a coconut," he said to the seller at the seashore.
“I won't sell it for one coin. Why don't you climb up the coconut tree and get it for free?" said the seller.
The man climbed up the tree, but he slipped and fell to the ground. He broke his leg and had to spend a lot of money on treatment. All this is just for a free coconut!
My friend feels that every kid before a certain age(not sure what that age really is)can't make his own decisions, but I don't agree. I feel that young children have the ability to choose, and parents need to provide them with the tools to make that choice. With these tools, children can make decisions to benefit themselves and make themselves happy. I have always encouraged my children to make their own decisions. However, sometimes things change—usually when they go to school. When they are at school, do they have choices about things, such as what to learn and how to learn? It is as if the children are not allowed to make their own decisions. Decisions are made for them! Will they be able to make decisions by themselves when they grow older? Many parents feel that it is easier to teach than to give children space and time to learn on their own. Getting kids to make decisions and to learn from the wrong ones takes a long time. I guess there is still a lot to learn about being a parent.
Last week I went to Corsica with my friends on vacation. It was my first visit to the island! We took the ship from Toulon, France, to the city Ajaccio. Although Toulon and Ajaccio seemed quite close, it took us eight hours. We chatted and played card games to kill time.
When we got there, I got a surprise because of the weather. It was already October! But we just needed to wear T-shirts and shorts. We went to the beach to enjoy the sunshine and some of my friends even went swimming in the sea. The Corsican scenery(风景) was so beautiful. We had a picnic, went for a long walk along the coast and took lots of pictures.
Ajaccio is famous for being Nepoleon's birthplace, so we also went to the Maison Bonaparte. It was the home of the Bonaparte family. In fact, it was a museum when we visited it.
One day we took the local train to another beautiful city named Corte. We visited the citadel(城堡) and the museum where we learnt more about Corsican history and enjoyed the beautiful views of the city.
The food in Corsica was fantastic and we often visited the market to taste something delicious. We also went to some local restaurant for dimmer and ate fresh seafood. At the end of the trip, we were very sad to leave and I hope to return to, Corsica again some day.
