When I was a junior high school student in 1980, God give me a gift—it was happiness. One weekend, I went to visit my grandparents in the countryside. On my way home, a car ran over me and cut off my 1 because of its high speed.
Several days later when I woke up at the hospital. I realized I had to spend the rest of my life 2 arms. "I don't like my parents. They always tell me I should do this, and should not do that. It sometimes makes me angry," said Zhang Hua ,a middle school students in Guangzhou. Do you have the same problem? Perhaps your parents had the same problem when they were your age long ago. Why does it seem that some parents are not so friendly in their children's eyes?
One of the biggest problems is when someone becomes a parent, he or she likes worrying about things. They worry about everything about you from the time you were born. They do a lot for you, though something would make you angry, because they care about you and worry about you. They worry about your choice of friends, the food you eat, your work at school, how much sleep you get, ect. All these things are part of your life. They want you to grow up healthily and happily.
So how can you make things easier on yourself? It's easier than you think. Just make sure your parents know what you're doing. Get them to your friends. Phone them if you stay somewhere else late so that your parents don't call every hospital in the phone book looking for you. Say sorry to them when you make mistakes. Take responsibility(责任) for what you have done. Talk about your ideas with them. They may talk about theirs with you.
Most of all, try to think about why your parents do this or do that. They are still practicing being parents and need help you can give them. Some day, when you become a parent, they may be able to help you how to get on with your children.
In American schools there is something called Homecoming day, many high schools and colleges with a football team have a Homecoming game. This can be the most important thing of the year except graduation or commencement(颁授学位典礼) day. Students plan Homecoming day for many weeks before the day.
Several days before Homecoming, students start to decorate the school. There are signs to wish luck to the team, and many other signs to welcome all the students. Many people still come to Homecoming to twenty or thirty years after they leave school. During the day people like to look for teachers that they remember from long ago. Often they see old friends and they talk together about those happy years in school.
Everyone soon comes to watch the football game. When the game is half over, the band comes onto the field and plays school songs. Another important moment is when the Homecoming Queen or King appears. All the students vote a most popular student Homecoming Queen or King. It is a great honor to be chosen.
Homecoming is a happy day, but it is not a perfect unless the football team wins the game. Even if the team loses, the students still enjoy Homecoming. Some stay at the school to dance, and others go to a party. For everyone it is a day worth remembering.
If you do something wrong, will your parents punish you? Some students shared their experiences. My mom loves her garden. Anytime I did anything to make her angry, I had to work in her garden. When I told her I failed my English exam, my punishment was to build her a pon. It took me a week of work to dig it out, shape it, fill it and then plant everything around it. Then she told me that she really hated the 30-year-old tree in the garden and if my grades didn't improve I'd remove it.

Zhou, the father of a Junior 3 student in Nanjing, was sitting at home one day. All of a sudden, he realized he didn't speak to his son's teachers all term. He wasn't even invited to a parents' meeting!

And they don't know how to face their parents when they do badly.'' Expert(专家) on teenagers say students should have heart-to-heart talks with their parents which will help to solve the problem.
Nothing can be completed without rules. As students, they should be about their studies first. After class, they can spend some time doing thingshelping the old. They should be friendly to the old, too. Don't talk to them. What's more, the students should also be allowed to make their own decisions, parents should allow them to the concert, but girls should not be allowed to get their ears . So remember it is important for us to follow rules.
