Some people think that wealth can give them happiness. They think money can usually1them a better life and make them feel happy. Others have the2idea. They think that money is not the most3. They need more things than just money to live a happy life. They think money can be good only when one knows4to use it.
Money is important but it's not5. There are more important things, such as health, friends and family. I don't think one can be happy without a6body. We should have the goal to work hard and live a good life but we should also7to keep healthy. Also, money cannot get us8who truly care about us and are willing to share our feelings. Money cannot9us family happiness. As the saying goes, "Happy is he who is content." So friends, no matter if you're rich10poor, be content with what you have. This will make you feel happy all the time.
If you're feeling tired and stressed because you have too much to go on, like lots of after-school activities, you might feel better when you give something up. Sometimes lots of activities—even if they're all fun—can make you feel stressed by keeping you busy all the time. On the other hand, if problems at home are troubling you, in fact, some after-school activities may help you relax and feel better.
There are also relaxing exercises that you can use to keep stress away. The easiest one is to breathe in slowly and deeply through your nose, and then exhale slowly through your mouth. Do this two to four times.
You can do breathing exercises anytime. You can even do breathing exercises in class if you' re nervous before a test.
The best way to keep stress away is to have a balanced life. That means making good decisions about how to spend your time. If you're always busy with schoolwork and have no time to play, you can get stressed. Make sure you keep yourself in mind: sleep, exercise, leisure (something fun), and food.
If you take care of yourself and get enough sleep and food, and if you exercise and leave time for fun, you'll probably be less stressed out!

Hot drinks make you cough less, and your sore throat will be better, so have some chicken soup. A steamy shower (热水澡) helps your nose feel better. Have a good rest. Go to bed a little earlier for a few nights. If you're stressed, you will feel worse when you have a cold. So try to relax and use the time to read, listen to music or watch a movie. |

Just before the Midnight on Aug. 12th, 2015, a big explosion(大爆炸)hit the port City of Tianjin, China. Lots of people were injured by the explosion. Some of them suffered from chemical burns(灼伤).
Put on gloves or protection suit(防护衣). If possible. Avoid exposing yourself to chemical.
Keep the burn area in cold water for at least 20 minutes.
Don't use a strong stream(水流) of water, if possible.
Don't try to deal the burn area with other ways before you see a doctor.
Don't put antibiotic ointment(抗生素药膏) on the burn. This could cause a chemical Reaction(化学反应) that worsens the burn.
You can cover a small burn with dry, sterile gauze
(消毒纱布)or clean cloth to protect it from being infected(感染).
Though we can deal with this emergency by ourselves. We are not the doctors. So we must see the doctors for help us with the burn. The sooner you see the doctor, the safer you will be.
