One bright morning, I was out for my usual run when I met an elderly lady. She was waving her 1 at me and speaking in a language I couldn't understand. It seemed like she was in a hurry to go somewhere. I quickly realized that she was 2 and couldn't speak any English.
She showed me some map screenshots (截屏)， but I had no idea 3 to read them. So I soon downloaded a translation app which we could use to 4 . Food safety is important and it doesn't end at our door. Eating food not kept correctly could make you fall sick. The temperature in the fresh-keeping area can be different from shelf to shelf. As a general rule, the higher the shelf is, the higher the temperature will be. So make use of these different temperatures to get the best out of your food by storing it on the right shelf. Try to put ready-to-eat food like burgers, pizza or cream cakes on top shelves.
The middle shelves are most suitable for dairy products (乳制品) such as cheese, butter, yogurt and eggs. Bottom shelves are the coldest part of the fridge, making them perfect for storing raw (生的) meat and seafood. Some fridges have a freezer (冷冻室) for keeping these things, so of course make use of that if you have one.
Keeping food in the fridge does not kill bacteria (细菌) but it can stop the bacteria from growing fast. Bacteria can grow quickly in temperatures between 5℃ and 60℃. This is called the Temperature Danger Zone. If you want to get the most out of your food, the temperature in your fridge needs to be between 0℃ and 5C. The freezer temperature should be below -18C.
Fruit and vegetables can also be stored at room temperature. Try to keep them in a cool, dry and dark place, away from direct sunlight or sources of heat. Once cut, they should be put in the fridge.

Homework is an important part of study. Here are a few tips to make homework much easier:
First, write the homework down in your notebook. If you forget it, you can ask the teacher again. Second, plan your free time in school to work on your homework.
Find a place. The place doesn't need to be large, just big enough to put your school things. You'd better not do your homework before a TV, before a computer or on your comfortable bed. It's hard for you to concentrate (集中精力) on your homework.

The sweetest memory of my childhood is about a round table.
When I was still little, my whole family would get together on different traditional to have dinner. When I got a bit older, my aunt brought back her boyfriend and my grandma added another seat to the round table. We all felt much closer to each other it seemed a little more crowded. When I was twelve, my grandpa passed away. That made us feel sad. However, we totally agreed that his chair, his bowl and his chopsticks should the same, we felt like that he had never left us.
We all have a table like this in our homes. The history of our nation has been the stories of looking for or running to the round table which we belong to. The round table has been a of the Chinese feelings. It was, is and it will always be.
Clapper talk, or Chinese kuaiban, which is popular in the (北方的) part of China, is a traditional form. It has provided the Chinese people with (大量) of pleasure for more than 100 years.
I am a big clapper talk fan. The first time I watched a clapper talk performance, I was shocked by its (自由的) style and lively language. So I decided to learn it.
However, learning clapper talk is not an easy job. It (要求) good rhythm (节奏) control as well as good coordination (协调) of both hands. I should (重复) them over and over again. After training for a tole morning, my hands felt tired and my throat was dry. Sometimes I thought about giving up, but I kept telling (我自己) that where there is a will, there is a way! I practiced every day and made an effort to perform smoothly and naturally.
After years of hard practice, I have mastered these (技能) so far. Also, I start to understand its cultural value —it shows the beauty of rhyme (律) and rhythm in the Chinese language. Without (疑问)， my love for clapper talk is much deeper than before.
Performing on stage has helped me enjoy this art form even more, I can put what I want to (表达) into my performance directly, such as my self-introduction, interesting historical stories, or my love for my (家乡) of Zhejiang. I will continue studying it and make more progress!
