    What to eat to improve the memory? Here are some ideas for you: Studies have shown blueberries help memory losing.

    Coffee has been shown helpful for improving memory. Good news for lifetime coffee drinkers: Long-drinkers have a lower risk of developing Alzheimer's disease.

    Memory goes away? Go fishing. Omega-3 fatty acids, found in fish, are important for keeping memory.

    Toast to a sharper mind with wine. A study of 746 adults found that those who drank one to six bottles a week were 54% less likely than people who never drank wine to develop dementia(痴呆症) over six year. But 14 bottles or more each week was harmful.

    Make time for a good breakfast. A Toronto study found breakfast helped men and women, aged 61 to 79, score better on memory tests. And when kids eat a morning meal, their exam sores improve.

     And have curry(咖喱粉) with dinner tonight. An Italian study found that curry may stop memory losing and Alzheimer's(老年痴呆症).
