Katy Sullivan is an actress, an athlete(运动员), and a person who also refuses to accept the words"no or I can't".

I think a good youth of today should also have some training in art. If everyone can enjoy art and be able to make more of it for others, then people will live better and enjoy more.
Confidence (自信心) is very important in our daily life. It can help you to develop a healthy life style. A study shows that the people who are more confident are much happier. They can have more chances to make themselves successful.
Speak loud. When you are not confident 9 you can't do well what you want to do. You speak in a voice so low that other people can hardly hear you. The high voice can help you become more confident.
Play sports. A strong body helps you be full of confidence.
Encourage yourself. To see how many good things you have done, you can write down a list of good things you did during the day. Did you help others?
