    In Zhengzhou No. 103 High School, the students plant hundreds of vegetables, fruits and flowers on the top of the school buildings.

    The school started the1project last autumn. The 3,000-square-meter rooftop farm has 152. Students can take part in the project through a club or during3class. Every Wednesday afternoon, they spend about two4in the garden.

They go up and down again and again5small bags of soil for several hours. They often work in the sun. But they never complain. From seeding and watering to harvesting, they really do the whole job of growing plants. To6more, students also work in groups to record the7of plants. ①Swifts live mostly in the air. These small birds are among the fastest animals on Earth. In fact, swifts can go two or three days without touching the ground! To get used to life in the sky, swifts use their speed and the saliva in their mouths.

②Swifts can fly faster than 100 miles per hour. That's because their wings are like boomerangs. This shape of the wings helps them to fly much faster. They can also move one wing faster than the other, which allows them to make sharp turns without slowing down. Making fast, sharp turns helps swifts catching flying bugs to eat.

③The saliva helps swifts catch bugs to feed their young. It is sticky, like glue. Swifts often fly into clouds of bugs such as mosquitoes and open their wide mouths to catch as many insects as they can. The bird collects insects in its mouth graduallyand holds the insects in a sticky ball of saliva. One food ball can contain nearly 1,000 bugs.

④Swifts also use their saliva as glue to build their nests. The birds catch feathers in the air and stick the feathers together to build a strong nest on the side of a cliffor building. Swifts' short feet are not good for walking or standing on land for long. But their sharp claws allow them to stick to rocks and walls so they can take a brief rest before returning their lives in the sky.

When you feel a sneeze（喷嚏）or cough coming on, covering your mouth stops the spread (传播) of germs(细菌). You probably knew that.

But how to cover your mouth is very important. You might use tissues(纸巾), and put your used tissues into the bin. “If you don't have tissues, you should sneeze into your elbow(肘部), not your hand, even if you are used to doing that." The doctors advised.

“If somebody sneezes into his hands, those germs will be passed on to other people, or other things that people touch." said Dr. Hill.

Germs are most commonly spread by sneezing and coughing. When they land on your hands, they are passed from hands to things like bills, door knobs(扶手), elevator buttons（电梯按钮） and other surfaces. At the same time, the people around you can touch them.

This isn't nagging（唠叨）. The Centers for Disease Control also suggest that sneezing and coughing into your elbow is necessary. Even the New York City subway officers ask the passengers to “cough or sneeze into elbow or use a tissue."

“The suggestion was taken seriously about 10 years ago. However, most people didn't pay much attention to it. That means the adults may have missed the advice. But children are often taught in school the right way to cough or sneeze." Dr. Benjamin said.

To be clear, people can't keep away from all the risks in this way, but it's the best choice. At the same time, we'd better wear masks（口罩）and often wash our hands. “Hand washing is one of the most important things people can do to keep healthy." Dr. Hill said.

It's important to learn how we can protect the environment. Here are 5R rules for us.

Reduce   If you want to reduce waste, you should use things more wisely.   If everyone uses paper carelessly, soon we would not have any trees left. Other things are also being wasted, and people don't know what to do with the waste in big cities. So it is necessary to reduce the amount of waste we produce.

Reuse  You should always think of reusing things before throwing them out. For example,  . In a family, you may pass on such clothes to younger brothers or sisters.

Recycle  Bottles, cans and paper can easily be recycled. By doing so we save lots of time and money. For example,  The metal can be used to make new coke cans.

Recover    You have two choices: one is to throw the apples away, the second is to throw the rotten ones and keep the good ones. In this way, you are recovering the eatable parts of food.

Repair   If one of the legs of your table is broken, you should repair it. If you want to buy something newer and better, it is better for you to sell the old item, or

I work in a cleaning company (公司). Usually people call us, and we give them housecleaning(serve).
