It was a warm Sunday afternoon in May, 2021. Beside the Lech River many people were playing and picnicking, and they felt 1 and relaxed. "I don't want to get wet," Jenna said. "I want it to be sunny so we can go to the park. That would be fun."
Grandma looked at Jenna and said, "That's enough. I know you're down about the park. But you can still have a fun day."
Jenna thought for a while. She knew Grandma was right. She was being kind of silly.
Nikki sat down next to her. "I'm sorry you're sad." Nikki said.
"Oh, it's okay," Jenna said. "Do you still want to go walking? I can get my rain boots."
"Sure," Nikki said. "And I have an idea for what to do then. We can have an inside picnic!"
"An inside picnic? How can we do that?" Jenna asked.
"We can get the picnic blanket and put it on the floor. Then we can make a picnic lunch. We can eat it inside. We won't get wet, and there won't be any bugs!" Nikki said.
"That sounds like fun," Jenna agreed. "We can walk around outside first. Then we'll make lunch. Can we make cookies too, Grandma?" she asked.
Grandma said, "Yes!"

Walking around the city, you will see girls wearing hanfu on the subway or people wearing T-shirts with characters in the streets. A new trend （潮流） is getting popular in China. It's guochao. Guochao adds traditional culture into products （产品），and it shows the rise of China's native fashion （本土时尚）.
Guochao got people's attention in 2018. Before that, the market was controlled by foreign companies （公司）. To win the market share, many Chinese brands （品牌） followed the footsteps of these western brands. In 2018, Chinese sportswear brand Li-Ning made changes to the situation. It introduced its Wu Dao collection to the world. The collection not only looked fashionable, but also included elements （元素） of traditional Chinese culture. It quickly caught people's attention at home and abroad.
Later, many Chinese brands started to add Chinese culture into their products. Even the film and music industries （行业） tried their best to create Chinese styles. We want our products to be the ones that young people would like to share", they said.
These brands got what they wanted. Young people started to convert their attention from Western culture to guochao. They accepted it with pleasure. Now they wear traditional clothes and play Chinese music. Some of them are working together to spread Chinese culture to people around the world.
At the same time, people of different ages start to choose products "made in China". According to a study, 68% Chinese people like Chinese brands better.
No matter how guochao develops, there is one thing that won't change- people's confidence （自信） in our country's development and culture is growing.
The first night that I went to Gatsby's house I was one of the few guests who had actually been invited. A servant came to my house one day with an invitation from his Mr. Gatsby. However, most of the people at his parties were not invited—they just went there. Sometimes they came to the party and left without ever having met Gatsby.
I went over to Gatsby's house at about seven o'clock. I felt nervous among all these people I didn't know, so I walked around looking for Gatsby. I asked many guests where he was, but they all stared at me in such a surprised way that I decided to go and sit at the bar. I sat at a table where a man was sitting. The man at the table looked at me and smiled.
"I think I have seen you before," he said politely. "Were you in the army during the war? Were you in the First Division?"
"Why, yes I was." I was surprised.
The man and I talked for a while about some of the places we had been in the war. I learned that he lived in this neighborhood too, because he told me that he had just bought an airplane and planned to try it in the morning.
"Do you want to fly with me tomorrow, young fellow?" he asked.
I wanted to go and accepted. I was about to ask his name when he said to me, "Having you had a good time now?"
I smiled to my new friend, "This party is strange for me. I don't even know the host. I haven't met him yet. I live over there—I turned around and pointed my hand toward my house and this man, Gatsby, sent over his servant with an invitation."
For a moment, the man I was talking to looked at me as if he didn't understand. "I'm Gatsby," he said suddenly.
"What!" I cried. "Oh, I didn't—I'm so sorry."
"I thought you knew, young fellow. I'm sorry—I suppose I'm not a very good host."
He smiled at me. His smiles had a quality of comfort in it. It was a smile that you may only see four or five times in life. His smile seemed to say that the whole world was good and that you were also good. His smile understood you and it believed you.
His smile disappeared, and I looked at Mr. Gatsby for the first time. He was a handsome young man, about thirty years old and dressed very well. He spoke very politely and it was a little funny to me; most men his age were not so polite. He spoke as if he was carefully choosing his words.

How to eat healthily
